Keep your podcast on Spotify. Build the business on Fluxeta.
Spotify hosts. Fluxeta runs everything underneath it — your website, email list, INR memberships, transcripts, brand-safe RSS. One tool replaces Buzzsprout + ConvertKit + Patreon + Squarespace.
Free to start · No credit card · Your RSS feed publishes to Apple + Spotify + Overcast + Amazon Music
The megaphone
615M listeners. Free hosting. Discovery in the app. If your only goal is be heard, Spotify wins. Keep your show there.
- Cannot email your listeners
- Cannot charge Indian listeners in INR
- You get spotify.com/…, not yourshow.com
- Ends when Spotify changes the terms
The business
Your RSS feed lives here — publishes to Spotify + Apple. But the site, list, and money live on your domain, in your account.
- Every episode = a new email your subscribers get
- INR memberships via Razorpay, 0% platform fee
- Custom domain: yourshow.com — portable RSS
- Auto GST invoices for Indian creators
Your podcast, your website
A podcast on Spotify gets you listeners. It doesn't get you a homepage, an email list, or a way to sell anything to them. A podcast website is the page a listener actually visits when they hear you say "check the show notes" or "join the members feed."
The usual setup is four tools. Squarespace or Wix for the site. Mailchimp for the list. Patreon for the members. Buzzsprout for the audio. Four accounts, four bills, four dashboards. None of them talk to each other.
On Fluxeta it's one site. When you publish a new episode, four things happen at once:
- An episode page goes live on your domain, with the transcript rendered under the player.
- Your email subscribers get the episode in their inbox. That's the 30 to 40% of your audience who never open a podcast app.
- Paying members get it in their private feed (if you marked it members-only).
- Google picks up a fresh URL to index against your show name and the episode title.
Your existing Spotify and Apple listeners keep getting new episodes through RSS. What changes is what happens after they hit play.
The math nobody talks about
What a serious podcast business costs on the usual stack:
What actually ships
The podcast stuff, and everything a podcast business needs around it.
Standalone Podcast module
Dedicated /podcast admin with per-episode fields: audio URL (from any host), episode #, season, transcript, cover art. Live in one click.
RSS feed Apple + Spotify accept
Spec-compliant RSS 2.0 with itunes: + content: namespaces. Submit once. New episodes auto-index.
Newsletter every episode drops
Email subscribers automatically when a new episode goes live. Reach the people not using podcast apps.
Members-only episodes (INR)

Transcripts baked in
Paste from Whisper or Otter. Rendered under the player, indexed by Google, readable by AI. Free GEO win.
Your own custom domain
yourshow.com, not anchor.fm/yourshow. Portable RSS — the day you leave, your feed URL doesn't change.
Analytics you own
On-site listens + downloads, right next to page views + subscriber growth. Directory stats stay with Apple/Spotify.
GST invoices auto-generated
Every paid subscription creates a compliant Indian GST invoice for you and your subscriber. No spreadsheet.
Who this actually pulls
We're not the free-Spotify alternative. We're the layer under your podcast.
Fluxeta wins for
- Indian podcasters ready to monetize — Spotify literally cannot in INR

- Anyone paying ₹5k+/mo across podcast + newsletter + memberships
- Podcasters running a course, membership, or brand on the side
Stay on Spotify if you're
- Starting episode 1 today, don't care about a list
- A pure hobbyist, no plan to monetize, ever
- Building for a US/UK audience where Spotify's monetization works

Frequently asked
Do I move my show off Spotify?
No — that's the whole point. Your Fluxeta RSS feed publishes to Spotify, Apple, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Amazon Music. Listeners never notice a change. You just gain a website, an email list, and INR payments on top.
How is this different from Anchor / Spotify for Podcasters?
Spotify hosts and distributes. Fluxeta hosts, distributes, and gives you: your own website + custom domain, email list you can actually export, INR memberships, transcripts, GST invoices, brand deal tools. Spotify does #1. Fluxeta does #1 + #2–#7.
Will Apple Podcasts and Spotify accept my feed?
Yes. RSS 2.0 with the required itunes: and content: namespaces, per-episode enclosure, itunes:duration, itunes:episode, itunes:season, itunes:explicit, and per-episode itunes:image. Submit yoursite.com/podcast/feed.xml to Apple Podcasts Connect + Spotify for Podcasters. Approval usually 24–72 hours.
Can I migrate from Buzzsprout / Transistor / Anchor?
Yes. Keep your MP3s hosted where they are (Buzzsprout, Transistor, Libsyn, your own S3, anywhere the file is publicly reachable). Paste the audio URL into each new episode on Fluxeta, keep your cover art, then use Apple's feed-redirect flow to point subscribers at your new Fluxeta feed. Zero listener loss. If you need help, ping contact. We'll do the redirect setup with you.
Where does the audio file live?
Wherever you already host it. You attach an audio URL to each episode. It can point to Buzzsprout, Transistor, Libsyn, your own S3 bucket, or anywhere the file is publicly reachable. Fluxeta generates the RSS feed, the episode pages, the transcript rendering, and the members-only routing. It doesn't re-host the MP3.
Do you support private / members-only feeds?
Yes. Any episode marked members-only is served through a personal, tokenised feed URL — only paying members can add it to their podcast app. Cancel their membership and the feed stops serving new episodes.
What does this cost?
Free forever plan works on a Fluxeta subdomain. Creator Starter is ₹1,499 / month, adds a custom domain, and removes the branding. Podcast, newsletter and memberships are included in every paid plan. There's no separate podcast add-on. See pricing.
Do I get to keep my email list if I ever leave?
Yes. Export at any time. Your subscribers are yours — we're the plumbing, not the landlord.
