The information and software features provided by Fluxeta (fluxeta.com) and its parent, Decipher Consultancy Services, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to maintain accuracy and uptime, we make no express or implied warranty that the platform will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

2. Not Professional Advice

Nothing on fluxeta.com — our marketing pages, blog posts, help documentation, feature guides, pricing pages or AI-generated suggestions in the product — constitutes legal, financial, taxation, medical, investment or any other form of professional advice. Content is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional in the relevant discipline before acting on any information you find here.

3. Creator-Published Content

Fluxeta is a hosting and publishing platform. Articles, newsletters, courses, products, podcasts, videos, event listings and any other content published by creators on their Fluxeta-hosted sites are the sole responsibility of those creators. Fluxeta:

• Does not endorse, verify, pre-moderate or guarantee the accuracy of creator-published content.
• Does not evaluate the fitness-for-purpose of courses, products or services sold by creators.
• Is not responsible for creator-made promises including but not limited to income claims, outcome claims, health claims, or returns on investment.
• Reserves the right under its Terms of Service to remove content and suspend accounts that violate applicable law or our Acceptable Use policy.

4. Payment Gateway Liability

Fluxeta integrates with multiple payment gateways across three distinct operating modes (see Section 8 of our Terms of Service):

• BYOK (Bring Your Own Gateway): where a creator has connected their own Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe or PayPal merchant account, that gateway is the merchant of record for the transaction. Fluxeta is a technology layer that initiates the order and verifies the payment signature on the creator's behalf. Settlement, chargebacks, disputes, KYC and compliance obligations with the gateway are between the creator and the gateway. If a gateway company (Razorpay / Cashfree / Stripe / PayPal) initiates due-diligence or an audit on a BYOK creator's site, the audit is of the creator, not of Fluxeta.
• Fluxeta Managed: where a creator has opted into Managed mode, Fluxeta is the merchant of record on the transaction. The 5% flat platform fee is the published consideration for Fluxeta's merchant services (collection, GST invoicing, TDS filing, payout). Current published rates at fluxeta.com/pricing prevail over any inconsistent figure in this document.
• Platform-collected transactions: sponsorship, gift memberships, team seats and Fluxeta plan subscriptions are collected by Fluxeta's own gateway infrastructure. Fluxeta is the merchant of record and is responsible for GST, TDS and settlement.

Fluxeta is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC) or payment-system operator licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not hold deposits or extend credit. Our role in each mode above is confined to acting as a technology platform (BYOK) or an authorised merchant / aggregator client of a licensed gateway (Managed and Platform-collected).

5. AI-Generated Content

Fluxeta includes AI-powered writing, tone analysis, title suggestions and other generative features powered by Anthropic (Claude). AI output is a suggestion only. Creators are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing any AI-assisted content. Fluxeta does not warrant that AI output is accurate, original, non-infringing, factually correct or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party personal data as input to AI features.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Fluxeta platform and creator-published content may link to or embed third-party websites, APIs and services. We have no control over, do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, availability or security of any third-party resource. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk and is governed by the terms of those third parties.

7. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxeta and Decipher Consultancy Services disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Decipher Consultancy Services, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of the Fluxeta platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Fluxeta platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Fluxeta for the platform plan in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹10,000 (ten thousand Indian Rupees).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Decipher Consultancy Services, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms, our Acceptable Use policy or any applicable law; (c) content you publish or payments you accept through the platform; (d) third-party scripts, pixels or code you embed on your Fluxeta-hosted site.
