Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. What Fluxeta does with your data

Under the CPRA definition of "sharing", however, some of our operations may constitute sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes. Specifically:

• Analytics providers that fire on our marketing pages may aggregate visitor behaviour
• Advertising pixels we may install on marketing pages for retargeting

These are only present with your consent (see our Cookie Policy) and are disabled by default for visitors from California until you opt in.

2. Your right to opt out

If you are a California resident, you have the right under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.120 to direct Fluxeta not to sell or share your personal information at any time. This right applies:

• Whether or not you have a Fluxeta account
• Regardless of how much data we hold about you
• Without any impact on the price or level of service you receive (see section 6)

3. How to opt out

Three ways — any one works:

1. Cookie preferences. Open the cookie-preferences panel (accessible from the footer or by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the bottom-left) and turn off Analytics and Marketing categories.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically. No further action required. See globalprivacycontrol.org for how to enable GPC in your browser.
3. Email request. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request". Include the email address associated with your account (or, if you have no account, the email or device you want us to opt out). We will confirm within 15 business days.

4. Other CCPA / CPRA rights

Beyond the right to opt out, California residents also have:

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share
• Right to delete personal information we have collected
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Right to data portability — a copy of your personal information in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the specific request. We will verify your identity before processing, using the email address on your account plus one additional data point (last login date, subscription plan, or similar) so we do not release information to imposters.

5. Authorised agents

You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We require:

• Written permission from you authorising the agent to act
• Verification of your identity directly with us
• Proof of the agent's identity

6. Non-discrimination

Exercising any right described on this page will not result in denial of goods or services, different prices, different quality of services, or suggestion that you will receive a different level of service. Your Fluxeta account, subscription tier, and access to features are unaffected.
